PORT CLINTON -- Since her arrival at the Ottawa County Detention Facility Friday night, Elsebeth Baumgartner has filed five complaints with the jail staff.
The disbarred former Oak Harbor attorney said she has been exposed to sewage fumes, and she has accused officials, including Sheriff Bob Bratton, of violating her civil liberties and involvement in a network of corruption, Bratton said.
"There's nothing to support anything she's saying," Bratton said. "It's her own way of supporting in her own mind that she's out there to take on the world."
